Secession signers must be a resident of the state they sign for!!!!!

I am asking that before any petitions requesting secession be considered that all signers for all states be sent a verification of residence and that they must have resided worked and payed taxes there for at least the last year! They must also be registered voters of that current state! This is to protect the people who want and have the right to remain a part of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! And that if any of the signatures are duplicated from state to state their signature would become non effective to any secession petition due to unfairly trying to evict states they do not reside in !
