Secession of states from the United States

Created by S.L. on December 26, 2012

Grant secession of states whose confidence in the federal government to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America (USA) has failed. In particular, whereas the judicial branch of the USA has repeatedly failed to properly interpret the constitution, and whereas the executive and legislative branches have capitalized upon this failure to their personal advantage, the people should not be subjected to further inept rule by the federal government. Return all powers to the states or the people not specifically granted the federal government by the constitution.
