We the people wish to reinstate the sovereignty of the state's by legalization of secession. In the 1770's 13 colony's joined in a union to secede from the tyranny of the British Empire. In 1861 11 state's seceded the tyranny of a corrupt US government. The 13 are considered a foundation the 11 were traitors. This petition is to install the right of the Sovereign States to withdraw from the Union if they deem so fit.
