This comes at a time when working people have been stripped of all assets in old age due to the economy and poor business ethics. Rapist receive housing while the working class people struggle and scrape to get by. I petition that a secluded area be set aside for dangerous criminals. Preferably an island. If they kill one other than they get a taste of their own medicine. If they overcome their past they grow food, build houses, establish a life. Either way they will be secluded to live with like minded individuals. Make the punishment fit the crime. When you destroy a life you do not receive a free ride.
