The second amendment to the constitution exits. It has been legally ratified and adopted. Any reference the right to keep and bear arms as only a tradition of hunting passed down from generation to generation shall be recanted and acknowledged as an egregious breach of the public trust placed in the office of the President. Further obfuscation and denial of the rights guaranteed to the people, by the second amendment, shall require impeachment as constitutionally empowered by Congress or resignation of the President as a matter of common decency.
