The second amendment: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
First lets talk about what a militia was when the constitution was made. The militia at that time was all able boded men being called for defense. the militia men where required to being there own weapons. so the right of the people to keep and bear arms is for defense and it shale not be infringed. the right to defend is freedom with out this right the people are basically slaves. any law that limits the second amendment is infringement hence it should be illegal. any law that limits freedom should also be illegal the constitution is not just some dusty papers.
