Second amendment self defense

I think every house hold that is able and willing should have a rifle, a handgun, of their choose, and at least 1000 rounds of hollow point ammo. This can be fulfilled by a coupon, to go to any gun store to pick your firearms or from the internet. I urge this movement due to terrorism, foreign and domestic. Put our tax dollars at work so we the people have a way to defend ourselves. A training course should be required only for non carry permit holders. I strongly believe it would cut down on home invasions.
