Second chance for birth families to reunify with their children after they have been adopted out.

This is a petition which would allow parents to have a second chance to get their kids back after they have been adopted if the parents meet certain criteria. This would include parents that lost their children due to substance abuse issues and are now clean, or due to physical or mental disabilities and are now stabilized in services. It would also include homeless parents that now have stable housing, and parents that lost their children under unethical circumstances and false accusations. Sometimes adoption is not the best outcome. Sometimes the adoptive parents live in denial about whether or not the adoption should continue, and adoptions are rarely intervened on. This can leave the child in a situation where they feel that they have been taken hostage. Maybe they want to go home...
