We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

A second chance to change- universal parole and self-determined death penalty.

Created by J.G. on May 09, 2016

Prisoners are sometimes imprisoned for the remainder of their lives, or sentenced to death. They are deprived of the opportunity of penance and a second chance of becoming productive citizens. Instead, they are defined by the worst moment of their life. That is why all crimes should have universal parole and only a prisoner (themselves) should forfeit their 2nd chance and opt for the death penalty.
