Religious Freedom Act enacted in Mississippi states US citizens can refuse to rent or sell single family dwelling units or rent low income apartments based on sex orientation, woman who had an abortion and\or woman who have been divorced because of abusive relationships. All prementioned individuals violated religious principles. These criteria for restriction or entry into a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) violates protected classes' rights. Effective immediately, Faith Based Organizations in States with\or similar to Religious Freedom Acts, are disqualified from past, present or future HUD grant money or tax credits.
