Secure the 2nd Amendment (Right to Bear Arms) for our future without possibility of repeal.

With the recent shootings and tragedies alike throughout the nation, citizens are growing more worried and look for answers to, "Why do these things happen?" Frequently, the topic of gun control emerges as an immediate whipping boy. Citizens complain that these shootings result from access to guns. While the occurrences are a result of guns being used maliciously, they (the guns) are not to blame. GUNS DO NOT kill people, PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. The government must not encroach on our constitutional rights by repealing our right to the 2nd Amendment. If our guns were taken by the government, criminals would retain their guns illegally and terrorize those who gave their guns to the government honestly. Please, do not make us live in fear. Assure our constitutional right to the 2nd amendment!
