The S.A.F.E. Act (Secure America For Everyone) would require every legal citizen of The United States Of America, who is at least 21 years of age with no felony criminal history and who is mentally sound, to own a firearm. The requirement will include approved NRA instructions on proper handling and use of the firearm.
For those individuals who do not wish to own a firearm, a "Tax" will be imposed upon them annually.
Excess ammunition purchased by the US government agencies (i.e. Dept of Homeland Security) will be sold at reduced prices to the American people. All used or excess firearms in the US government inventory will be made available to the American people free or at reduced prices.
Federal firearms rules and regulation will be modified to favor the American citizen. Open carry
