We will never solve our Immigration problems until we secure our borders. President Obama's failure to follow the Immigration Laws of this Country is solely responsible for the current influx of illegals across our Southern Border.
Mixed in with immigrants from South American countries are gang members and terrorists who have a clear pathway for entry when our Border Patrol is distracted by women and children.
OTM illegals are currently treated differently than Mexican Nationals under a law called OTM (Other than Mexican). OTMs are allowed "Due process" under the law before they can be deported.
These illegals are dumped on American communities by DHS awaiting a hearing that the majority never show up for. The President's only job is to keep America safe! He has not responded yet!
