Even though the technology has been present, the Federal Government has neglected the obligation it has to secure an affordable and environmentally safe alternative to fossil fuels. Though currently some have proposed more off shore drilling, this is not what is needed. What is needed now is more of our tax dollars spent to benefit the people, and not on nonsense. Therefore we purpose that a larger portion of the national budget be spent on the building of renewable resources such as solar panels and wind turbines to provide future cheap or free energy for the whole nation.
