We have dozens of nuclear power plants in our country that are in areas affected by earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes and other natural disasters.
Certify and secure all nuclear power plants to withstand strong earthquakes, large storms and other disasters.

Shut them down!
There is no excuse for nuclear plants that can only withstand 6.0 earthquakes or are not protected from tsunamis and other disasters. We cannot say "we couldn't have known or expected such a disaster". Fukushima has given us a lesson, we must learn it.
