Our borders must be secured immediately. Deploy the military and national guard to secure it. This is a national security issue first and foremost. It is the job of the Executive Branch to enforce laws and regulations. Illegal immigrants are crossing our border at an unprecedented rate. Tens of thousands have already crossed and it is projected that 90,000 will cross by the end of the summer, and more after that. A nation can not effectively exist if it can not secure its own borders. This issue must be taken seriously and action taken quickly.
