Secure resources to produce a partical deflector shield to combat the recently petitioned death star project 2016

"Deflector shields, also known as deflector screens, deflectors or simply shields" used to reflect projectiles and lasers, like those of a death star. with the newly petitioned and accepted death star project, it only makes sense to produce a defense against such weaponry. in this case a particle shield would be used; in addition to the death star this shield could theoretically protect against asteroids, harmful ultra-violet rays, and become a surrogate stratosphere to control in-going and out-going missiles, probes, satellites and such.
