Secure the U.S. Southern border and Sanction Central America and Mexico. Cut them off from any revenue from the U.S..

It's come to our attention that the Mexican and Central American Governments aren't doing enough to support and protect their own people.
We the people want immediate action to secure our border, by posting our National Guard alone the border and to completely close it. In doing so we will have cut any tourist revenue from the United States, also we would like you to cut all aide of any kind to the Mexican and Central American countries until they agree to support their people by creating a well fare system so that their own people don't look to our country as an escape.
