Securing the Second and Tenth Amendments in the wake of the Sandy Hook Shootings.

We the people, recognizing the Tenth Amendment prohibition against the Federal Government assuming powers not specifically delegated to it in the Constitution petition our Executive Branch that is any new firearm regulations related to the Sandy Hook and all copy cat shootings be passed by the House and Senate that these new laws only apply to what are known as the Blue States and have no standing or force of law in any Red State as seen in the upper right hand map on the page at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_states_and_blue_states
In such Red States any new laws will be null and void unless passed by the State Legislatures themselves.
The very fact that the Federal law making apparatus would attempt to regulate firearms shows why the Framers gave us a Second Amendment.
