Restoration of all civil rights for felons after all sentences and restitution with a 10 year wait crime free to become automatically enforced on one time state and federal felons. People need a chance to prove they can be excepted Bach into the mainstream of society. Without that hope we become the modern day equivalent of blacks and women of our past history in this country.
