The brutal murder of a citizen, by the very people that are supposed to protect him and his rights should not go unpunished. A schizophrenic man was murdered by two police officers in public while being watched by several other police officers. While there is a certain allowance of mob mentality, the two officers complicit in the original arrest should never see the light of day again. Yet, despite obvious premeditation, extreme malice, and general inhumanity, they are being brought up on lesser charges by the local DA (Manslaughter and 2nd degree Murder). In addition to this, the Fullerton Police Department allegedly tried to bribe this obvious brutality away by allegedly attempting to pay the victim's family $900k.
