Seeds and plants growing on, or naturally deposited onto your property are yours to use and keep as you wish.

Created by Z.Z. on February 09, 2013

Any seed or plant growing or naturally deposited onto land you own is yours to keep and use as the landowner wishes, without threat of litigation from corporations.

A farmer may keep and store his/her own seeds.

Additionally, farmers and landowners have the right to bring litigation against any corporation whose seeds have infected their crops and caused monetary damage to that landowner's livelihood.
