In a recent NBC News poll (see: http://usat.ly/15dVZIt), seventy-nine percent of respondents said that they want the president to receive congressional approval before taking any military action in Syria. Public sentiment is clear. We the people petition the POTUS to seek congressional approval before taking any military action in Syria. In our system, Congress serves as the voice of the people and the states in the federal government. Let our voice be heard!
