Seek Justice for animal abusers. Make animal cruelty a felony and create a National standard for punishment. If there were stronger consequences and examples made of violators it would curb some of this nonsense we keep hearing about. These people are sick and should be thoroughly punished not just slapped on the hand. Enough said.
