A Taiwanese company has been using FCC logo on their products as being authorized and certified by the United States of America. As its products are with malfunctioning qualities, its importer has decided to seek legal actions on the authenticity of such FCC certification by USA.
After many communication channels with FCC through legal lawyer, FCC has investigated and proved such FCC logo to be falsified through an non-accredited laboratory in China.
By obtaining FCC confirmation and authentication from the Department of State with official seal and signature, Court of Taiwan still refused/neglected it as evidence. The people in Taiwan are aware of this issue and negligence of its Court on US authenticated files. Action is needed for justice.
