Seek legislation to require service in a militia to meet 2 nd amendment requirements to bear arms.

Created by G.M. on December 29, 2012

Since the 2 nd amendments purpose is to provide a well regulated militia each citizen over 18 (male/female) should be required to serve in the armed forces for a period of time before being granted the privelege of bearing arms. This will insure that each person is trained and instructed in proper care and use of firearms. At the completion of such service each person should be provided with a suitable firearm thereby insuring that the right to bear arms is not infringed by the govt.

No person who does not complete such service should be allowed to possess a firearm without special permission or by reason of employment in law enforcement.
