This petition would be to seek a letter of resignation from President Obama or his out right impeachment if he uses executive order to bypass the Constitution of the United States and the Congress to pass ANY form of gun ban/control legislation. The President swore an oath of office to UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION and DEFEND it against all enemies both foreign and domestic. ANY sort of ban/control without the approval of Congress is a direct violation of this oath.
