1) The debt ceiling is abolished.
2) Current acts are to be reviewed by an independent commission and consolidated to streamline the legislative process with common sense naming conventions.
3) Funding for current bills will be allocated as discretionary or non-discretionary during the audit process with most current legislation moving to non-discretionary where it makes sense to do so.
4) Bills affecting prior legislation may no longer be named as new legislation. Any changes to prior legislation sought must modify existing acts and refer to those changes by naming said act.
5) Budgetary needs for all acts shall be based on an agreed economic indicator. Voting a bill into law infers support for funding said bill until such time as the law is repealed or modified.
