It is fairly obvious the Administration and Congress are in a dysfunctional state and need help to make reasonable consessions and compromises to reach real solutons to the budget deficit. Unfortunately our leadership is unable to step above politics and consider solutions that are needed by the American people for national benefit and survivial. The moderator should be selected and assigned powers to assure colaborative decisions are made - not allowing actions that only postone real resolutions to the issues.
