seek remedy for the Conspiracy of Civil Rights U.S.C. title 42 Sections 1983 and 1985 and the 14th amendment

The purpose of this petition is to seek remedy from the attempts to usurp a Civil Rights action carried out by officials of Suffolk County State of New York. On February 10 2011 a civil Action was filed by a lawyer. My son Darryl Mitchell had his teeth knocked out by a Suffolk County State of New York Police Officer. The lawyer wanted my son and I to accept an offer of $501.00 then $2,000 we did not accept. Then, a whirlwind of conspiracy acts settled upon us. The lawyer took my name Denise Mitchell off the claim, my son Darryl Mitchell was forced to ingest mind altering medication and he is now incarcerated. After many documents submitted and received via return signatures receipts Suffolk County State of New York Elected Officials has done nothing. I am seeking your assistance
