Through Scalia's repeated inflammatory comments concerning, more recently, black students and in the past his hatred of LGBT individuals he has proven that he is unfit for the robes of office. While his right to hold such views is and should be guarded, his position to clearly and negatively segregate and racially target certain citizens can not be allowed. As he is clearly in conflict with representing the rights of all citizens he should be duly removed or the process for removal begun.
