Seeking an amendment to the United States Constitution to state that money does not equate to free speech.

In the current Presidential election it has been brought to light that massive amounts of "Shadow Money" have flooded the election process. A record $2 billion dollars and counting, by both the Democratic and Republican parties, which is an all time high. Corporations are not equal to individuals and that should be spelled out in the United States Constitution. So our much cherished vote can still matter and not be voided by the money that serves to purchase the legislative cooperation of the Congress and dare I say it, the Executive branch of the federal government as well. By continuing to allow this practice to stand is casting a shadow on the election process and it is serving to do nothing more than to corrupt the elections, if not the candidates vying for each position.
