My name is Jessie, I am 18 years old and fresh out of high school. I've gone to many high schools asked a few questions, gotten some different answers. There's one answer, however that was unanimous literally every single time I asked.
I asked a class of predominately female students: "What's the biggest distraction to your education?" They all shouted "BOYS!!" I also received the same response from male students about their female class mates.
It is important that students of different genders interact with each other, However, as young adults students need all the distraction free time in the world to study and take charge of our country once we leave it. This alone will not solve our education problem, but I am confident in my beliefs that gender segregation is the right thing to do.
