I am a caring mother petitioning that registered sex offenders should be segregated in their own community for example like a compound of some sort. I am in the process of moving and looking in the different areas I can't help but notice the amount of sex offender's scattered around in every city, I believe for the safety of our children they should be less scattered and more contained.
