We the people demand that the tax payers $70 million dollars that the IRS is going to waste as bonuses be seized and used to ease the suffering of people who are furloughed. The IRS has shown recently that they are not working is a manner deserving of any type of bonus; while furloughed hard working citizens will be struggling to avoid losing their homes.
