Select one State as the state of secession and that said state be North Dakota and all secessionist be sent there.

That the Chief Executive of the United States of America, select and name the State of North Dakota as the only state of secession. That they be granted the protection of the United States, secession, an equitable foreign trade agreement, one professional sports franchise and must not harm the native peoples of the country. And all persons immigrating to the new country shall sell there property in the United States to an American citizen and shall forfeit American citizenship.
