To provide for the common defense of the U.S.A, all U.S. citizens that do not own a weapon and do not possess a concealed weapons permit should be taxed $500.00 a year. This tax should apply to all U.S. citizens who are not legally disqualified from owning a weapon. This tax would be imposed to generate revues that would then be used to provide adequate weapons training all U.S. citizens.
