Of the some-12 million citizens of Illinois, some-7 million reside in Cook County (Chicago). These some-7 million dictate the fate of the State thereby rendering the voices of the remaining some-5 million in the State useless.
Funding for education is siphoned from the State into Cook County. Concealed Carry is being blocked by state politicians in/from Cook County. Other laws inacted by state legislature and executives are focused on Cook County. These and other points render the rest of the state powerless.
