Create Job's Bonds, like War Bonds, in order to raise money to fund work projects around the country. They should range from low denominations of $25, $50, $100. They could return 2.5% after 20 years. This won't increase the DEBT. They could be sold by the postal service and raise a, much needed, handling fee for them. This will allow ordinary people an extrodinary way of joining together to promote a better livelyhood for many more. Artists could create posters, bonds, promotions. The projects should be healthful, sustainable for OUR future, and beneficial for many. No short-term gain that leaves future demoralizing stains; i.e. CDO's to foreclosures; extracting hydrocarbons producing polluting sickness. We can pull ourselves up by our bootstraps, together.
