This program would return much needed funds to the treasury and if law enforcement needed access to such equipment they could bid themselves or borrow known equipment in their local area. Bidders could be qualified with a license such as an FFL. Homicidal maniacs are only a plane ticket away and we should have military equipment close to our responsible citizens.
