Whereas, U.S. public debt now exceeds $11.411 trillion,
Whereas, significant numbers of people of the State of Texas have expressed a treasonous desire to again secede,
Whereas, the State of Texas may have been taken from Mexico by an illegal act of war, suggesting a willing buyer,
Whereas, the State of Texas may have been illegally added to the Union by faulty legislation, suggesting its place in the Union is not permanent,
Whereas, a compelling case can be made that Texas is in fact and deed a territory wholly owned by the Government of the United States,
Whereas, the sale of Texas would provide multiple billions of dollars for the reduction of the Public Debt,
Therefore, the President should enter into negotiations with Mexico with the goal of selling Texas for cash.
