Back in 1845, the United States illegally annexed the territory of Texas from the Mexican government. This illegal land grab started the Mexican-American war that cost many lives and resulted in Texas being purchased for a measly $15 million.
It is proposed by us that we sell Mexico back to the Mexican government for the $15 million we forced them to sell it to us for. It is also proposed by us that the new territory be called "Texico" and be used as an economic buffer zone between the United States and Mexico. We propose that this territory be a joint economic effort between the United States and Mexico for the benefit of both countries. Finally, we agree that oil and revenue thereof from the territory and offshore be nationalized and split 50/50 between the United States and Mexico.
