Sen. Charles Schumer D.N.Y. Wants to pass a bill that would make veterans prove that they mentally competent to buy a firearm.I,am a vet. do i have to go to court and prove that I am competent.? If that is the case then Charles Schumer needs to prove he is mentally competent to be a senator.after all he is making laws and voting on laws that have an affect on our lives. the second amendment is under attack again .
