Sen. Dianne Feinstein's 1995 60 Minutes interview comment about "Mr. & Mrs. America, turn 'em all in" needs explaining.

Created by L.M. on January 14, 2013

Whenever our government gears up to pass more gun control legislation, which is too often, we lawful citizens are always assured that new, restrictive gun laws are really directed at the criminal element. That is how it was when the 1994 AWB was passed largely because of the efforts of Sen. Feinstein. Yet in a 1995 60 Minute interview, we feel that Feinstein had one of the dreaded "accidentally" candid moments. She referred to "Mr. & Mrs. America, turn 'em all in." Please tell us why Feinstein addressed a lawful American couple and did not comment towards a "Mr. & Mrs. Criminal or Mr. & Mrs. Drug Dealer or Mr. & Mrs. Illegal Alien or Mr. & Mrs. Mentally Unstable." Did she accidently have a moment of truth by addressing a lawful American couple? Is a new "criminals only" AWB incoming?
