The government and its laws are controlled and decided by the members of these groups. America is a land of change if there is no introduction of new ideas or new blood there is no growth allotment available. I propose that members of these bodies should be restricted to a maximum age of 40. This change in regulation would allow for the interest of new ideas to be viewed by individuals who have grown with the more recent years. This action would give a voice to younger generations and breathe new life into the decisions made on Capitol Hill.
