The obstruction from the repulicans must stop. The need for a 'super-majority' in the Senate is and has been obstructing the will of the people for 4years now. Harry Reid has made statements to the affect that he regrets not changing the filibuster rule before the beginning of the current Senates term. before the new Senate begins it's first session, FIX THE RULE!
