Senator Mitch McConnell: It's your duty to act on the President's nomination of Garland Merrick to the Supreme Court.

Created by G.H. on March 17, 2016

Please send my name to Senator Mitch McConnell, as Majority Leader of the Senate:

As a citizen and voter of the United States of America, I’ve already expressed my intent about who should choose the next nominee for the Supreme Court (if a vacancy occurs) when I voted for President Obama in 2012. As our President, he’s fulfilled his responsibility under the Constitution to nominate someone to serve as the next Supreme Court Justice; now the Senate needs to either approve or deny his nomination under their “advise and consent role” as required by the Constitution. Although you may not have liked the decision of the voters in 2012, you are obligated by the Constitution to act.
