On Dec. 20, the House passed NDAA 2013 - stripped of its restoration of habeas corpus provisions - by a vote of 315-107. The bill is now at the Senate desk. Suggested message to Senators: 202-224-3121: PRISON WITHOUT TRIAL IS TREASON. NO! ON NDAA 2013.
When 315 members of the House and Senate violate the Constitution and Bill of Rights they must resign as our representives. Lose their citizenship. Those who would take away your right to a trial and arrest you and jail you and pass a bill giving this bill that authority should be removed from office, and lose there citizenship. Bill NDAA 2013 gave up that right and just passed. This should be refered to the Attorney General for prosecution of all members who voted for this bill. IT IS CALLED TREASON. They should be supended now.
