Bellbrook High School's AFJROTC program takes a trip cross country every year. This year's trip is to San Diego, and some of the cadets, upon learning that their classmate - known as Batman (that's not a joke) - will not be attending due to lack of funds, decided to start a petition for the White House to back Batman the needed $450 to accompany the rest of the JROTC corps to San Diego.
