As many may already know, Russia is taking over Crimea,Ukraine without any bullets fired. This breaks a few International laws. Ukraine can't defeat Russia and needs help protecting its cities and citizens from Russia's Invasion and Chaos around the country due to the recent collapse of it's government. They need political help and a fair amount of soldiers to defend and in extreme conditions, "defend in an offensive manner".
